Mechanical Completion Verification

• Inspecting the tower, nacelle, blades, pitch system, yaw system, and foundation.
   
• Ensuring all bolts, wiring, and mechanical connections are correctly installed and secured.
   

   Electrical Testing

• Checking all electrical connections, grounding systems, and transformers.
   
• Verifying the correct operation of protective systems and grid interfaces.
   

   Functional and Operational Testing

• Running the turbine through startup, normal operation, and emergency shutdown procedures.
   
• Testing key systems like pitch, yaw, braking, and safety circuits.
   

   SCADA System Configuration

• Setting up and testing the turbine’s remote monitoring and control systems.
   
• Confirming that data reporting and control functions are fully operational.
   

   Performance Verification

• Conducting controlled trial runs to verify power output, efficiency, and system stability.
   
• Identifying and resolving any operational issues.
   

   Final Documentation and Handover

• Compiling detailed inspection and testing reports.
   
• Officially handing over the turbine to the owner or operator for commercial operation.
