Retrofit scopes are executed based on engineering specifications, OEM updates, or site-driven improvement initiatives. Each project is carried out with a focus on proper integration, system compatibility, and controlled execution to ensure reliable performance following installation.
Removal of existing components and installation of upgraded or modified parts, including mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems. Ensures proper fit-up, alignment, and securement in accordance with specifications.
Implementation of structural updates including brackets, supports, reinforcements, or mounting adjustments as required by retrofit design.
Installation of updated pitch system components such as rams, motors, or control elements to improve reliability and system performance.
Upgrades to yaw system components including drives, motors, brakes, or control systems to improve positioning accuracy and reduce wear.
Installation of updated wiring, sensors, control modules, or protection systems.
Ensures compatibility with existing systems and proper integration with turbine controls and SCADA
Replacement or modification of hydraulic components such as hoses, manifolds, accumulators, or valves to improve system reliability and performance.
Execution of manufacturer-issued retrofit programs or service bulletins, ensuring compliance with updated standards and requirements.
Verification that all retrofitted components are properly integrated and functioning within the system. Includes operational checks and confirmation of correct system response.
